There are 38 full time staff altogether working in TII now, the average age of all is around 33 and most of whom are college graduates in various majors, additionally, 90% of all have worked in the incubators above 6 years. Therefore, the whole team is energetic and experienced in handling the routine business and always ready for the new challenge.

Mr. Xin Li:
Graduated from Tianjin Normal University majoring in Law, had his Master¡¯s degree from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics majoring in Economics; having the program of Doctor¡¯s degree majoring in Management in Tianjin University in his spare time. He also had his further trainings in USA and Sweden in Management and Development Strategy.
Xin Li has started his career in TEDA government as soon as he graduated from the college in 1994 and worked in several departments and bureaus in TEDA government and the subsidiary divisions since then. He took his present position in 2006.

Mr. Hong-liang Li:
Graduated from Beijing University majoring in City and Environment, had his first MBA in Nankai University and his second MBA in Roosevelt University, USA.
Hong-liang Li has worked in TEDA government since his graduation from the college in 1996, before he took the present position he had worked as the division director of TEDA Science Technology Bureau focusing on promoting the development of high-tech enterprises.
