TEDA Biomedical Service Center
The 6000sqm TEDA Biomedical Service Center is located in Tianda Science Park which was established on the purposes of promoting commercialization of local bio-tech achievements and offering public services such as project R&D and pre-production testing. There has been an initial investment of 10 million RMB into lab instrument procurement, and the 3000sqm general lab spaces have been furnished and equipped, featuring specialized laboratories and an equipment sharing system to provide bio-tech businesses with ideal hardware environment as well as professional technical services and support. The general lab units opened on 1 August 2008 and the technological and equipment sharing services were officially launched on 1 September 2008.

Tianjin Binhai IC Design Service Center (BICDS)
Located in Tianda Science Park, the 1,450sqm Tianjin Binhai IC Design Service Center (BICDS) was officially opened in March 2008 as a non-profit organization providing public services of fundamental technological support. It is a demand-based and market-oriented service provider boasting advanced software and hardware equipment to accommodate simultaneous demands from various sources. Its current service categories include: provision of office spaces, relevant facilities and EDA software; provision of inexpensive or free services in public technology and information; provision of various subsidies according to relevant policies; and, customized solutions for EDA users and assistance in strategic planning and market development.

Binhai Software & Service Outsourcing Platform (BSSOP)
To improve TEDA's public service level and to help solve common problems among the occupiers doing software and information service outsourcing, a new platform¡ªBinhai Software & Service Outsourcing Platform (BSSOP) has been setup under the leadership of the TII by integrating local resources. With a total construction area of 200,000 sqm of Phase 1 of the project, BSSOP aims to become a professional incubator delivering well-developed incubation systems for TEDA's software sector and to serve as a public platform for marketing and technology development. It is also responsible for the education and training of intellectuals in information security.
Additionally, initiated by TEDA International Incubator and with the support of BSSOP, Binhai Software & Service Outsourcing Company Alliance (BSSOCA) has been established in April 2009. BSSOCA is a local non-profit social organization composed of companies, associations, institutes and other relevant organizations involved in software and service outsourcing industry in Binhai New Area.

TEDA New Art Area
As the starting area of TEDA Base for Creative Industries, TEDA New Art Area was launched in 2009 jointly by the three parties of Tianjin Municipal Education Commission, Culture, Education and Public Health Bureau of TEDA, and TII. It is located in the Software Building of Tianda Science Park with a site area of 1,350sqm divided into various work units, design rooms, show rooms and training rooms to meet the needs of different CI companies. In order to attract more creative design businesses and help them grow, TEDA has made specific preferential policies including rent-free for the 1st year, subsidies on business tax and income tax, and assistances in training and exhibition, market opportunity identification and HR affairs, all of which are applicable to TEDA New Art Area occupiers. Under the cooperation agreements between TII and both University Technology Transfer Center, Binhai Tianjin and College of Art Design, Tianjin University of Science & Technology, TEDA New Art Area will grow fast to accommodate the development of local creative industries.

TEDA Financing Service Center for High-tech Enterprises
TEDA Financing Service Center for High-tech Enterprises (The Service Center hereinafter) is a public service platform established in TEDA with the aim to bring together domestic and international equity investment institutions, technology-based businesses and various professional service organizations. Tianjin TEDA International Incubator (a.k.a. TEDA Productivity Promotion Center) is responsible, on behalf of TEDA Administrative Commission (TAC), for the daily operation, administration and provision of services of the platform, as well as business promotion of the equity investment sector as required by the TAC.
Located in the western district of TEDA Financial Street, the Service Center boasts well-furnished multi-functional areas such as reception hall, public offices for multiple fund entities, offices for a single fund entity, business center, business partnering room, offices for general services, VIP room, multifunctional hall, and leisure caf¨¦. With its human-based facilities and services, it aims to be a hub for the gathering and exchanges of fast-growing high-tech enterprises, investment and financing institutions and related service agencies within the region. At the moment, the institutions that have entered the Service Center include Binhai Working Group of Tianjin Record Office of Equity Funds, Binhai Branch Center of Tianjin Binhai International Equity Exchange, and Tianjin Equity Investment Fund Services Center Co., Ltd..
Since its official operation as of December 2009, TEDA Financing Service Center for High-tech Enterprises has taken on the responsibility of the operation and maintenance of Tianjin Equity Investment Fund Center.
