The company boasts a specialized and experienced management team as well as standardized evaluation and decision systems, and it offers an array of value-added services and in-depth support to enterprises in high-tech industries. TEDAVC has invested in businesses from various fields such as biopharmaceuticals, IT, environmental sciences, chemical engineering and material sciences.

China IPO Group Limited (China IPO Group)

China IPO Group is a wholly-owned company incorporated in March 2007 by Brainspark Plc, a London-based AIM-listed investment company. The business model of the China IPO Group is to focus on making investments in China’s high-tech or fast growing enterprises in the science parks owned and supported by the local governments, both on 6-12 months returns, in pre-IPO situations, and in 3-5 year return with high growth small- to medium- sized technology companies. TII and China IPO has reached the agreement in June 2007 cooperating closely in the investment activities within TEDA area since when China IPO has visited TII regularly in order to evaluate and choose the ideal incubated companies to invest in.
