The Main Incubation Building

The Main Incubation Building is the first and initial building of TII, which is located at the crossroads of the 5th Avenue and Taihua Road.

It covers an area of 10,000 square meters and has a construction space of 22,727.77 square meters. With an overall framework structure, it consists of the eight-storey workshop buildings on two sides (Blocks A and C) and the office building in between (Block B). The workshop buildings in Blocks A and C are 4.5 meters high floor-to-floor and has a load bearing capacity of 500kg/ŠO; whereas in Block B the floor-to-floor height is 3 meters and the maximum floor loading is 200kg/ŠO.

The New Horizon Building

Situated on No.131 Dongting Road of TEDA, The New Horizon Building is close to the crossroads of Dongting Road and the 5th Avenue, and lies in the center of the industrial area of TEDA.

The Building covers an area of 7,644.42 square meters and has a floor space of 13,143.49 square meters. With an overall framework structure, it consists of the six-storey Block A and the five-storey Block B. The floor-to-floor heights in Block A are 4.2 meters for the first floor, 3.3 meters for the second to fifth floors, and 4.2 meters for the sixth floor; Block A has a load bearing capacity of 400kg/ŠO. In Block B the floor-to-floor height is 4.2 meters from the first floor to the fourth floor and 4.8 meters for the fifth floor; and the maximum floor loading is 500kg/ŠO.

Tianda Science Park

Tianda Science Park is located east of Muning Road, south of the 4th Avenue, west of Naihai Road, and north of TEDA Avenue. In fact, it consists of 27 buildings altogether.

Tianda Science Park covers the land area of 127,763 square meters and the total construction space is about 116,967 square meters. Properties include: twenty workshop buildings (with two to four storeys) covering 60,215 square meters, office buildings in the central area (with six to nine storeys) covering 24,931 square meters, a conference center of 6,770 square meters, Block F of 7,578 square meters, a Software Building occupies 16,349 square meters, and other service facilities.
