The haiyun general workshops
The Universal Workshops at Haiyun Street is located between Haiyun St. and Donghai Rd. from south to north, and between Taifeng Rd. and Taikang Rd. from east to west. The total land area is 162,724 sqm, and the total construction area is 164,548 sqm. There are altogether 16 standard industrial workshops, including 6 with single storey, 9 with two storeys, and 1 with three storeys, all of which will be put into use in 2009.

The sci-tech development center
The Sci-tech Development Center lies in the west of TEDA, stretching from Dongting Rd. to Weishan Rd. east-to-west, and from 4th Ave. to 5th Ave. south-to-north. The construction area of the first phase is about 60,000 sqm, This project is currently under construction and will be completed by the end of 2011.
